Pauline Nalumansi
Founder and Team Lead
She is a Ugandan native currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Innovation in Global Development. She has a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from W.P Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. Pauline achieved her education through prestigious scholarships, which include; ASU’s Presidential Graduate Fellowship, SHARE Fellowship, Mastercard Foundation, Uganda Supplementary scholarship, and sponsorship from Hope Alive.
Pauline has over eight years of experience in project management, finance, and accounts, working for higher education and non-profit institutions. She is an extremely resourceful social entrepreneur with experience in developing winning grant proposals, budget narratives, and pitch decks, raising over $200,000 in funding.
Jackline Nampeera
Research and Operations Director
Jackline was born into a humble family with a burning desire to achieve an education which she has attained through reputable scholarships. Currently, she is a Ph.D. prospective candidate at Arizona State University and has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in science in Chemical Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology and Kyambogo University respectively.
She is an invested researcher in STEM fields especially Science with published articles in Biomass conversion and Refinery, specializing in biomass waste conversion to cation adsorbents for aqueous sources, and water remediation. she also has half a decade of work experience in Pharmaceutical and Polytechnological companies as a quality control and quality assurance personnel while volunteering in various community-based organizations.
